IVA SHIPPING LTD. was established and officially registered 1st of March 1991
under the name of AZALEA MARITIME AGENCY SPLIT. Founder of the agency is
Capt. Ivan Vodopivec. From the beginning the agency used to provide Croatian
top Officers to: Mitsui OSK, MTM SM, Fujo Kaiun, Vanguard, etc.

As from January 1st 1997. agency has been running the business under present
name still managed and controlled by Capt. Ivan Vodopivec.

Presently IVA SHIPPING LTD. has manning contracts with following ship owners
& managers:
 
NYK SHIPMANAGEMENT PTE LTD, Singapore
Firm manning contract and exclusive representative for Croatia,
Slovenia and Montenegro, since August 1st 2003.
 

E.R. Ship Management GmbH & Cie KG, Germany
Exclusive representative for Croatia, since Sept. 1st 2001.
